It was a holiday ritual in the days when India had not opened up its markets to the world (almost a decade and a half after China) I carried suitcase loads of Head and Shoulders shampoos, Ray-Ban dark glasses, Levi's jeans and gold chains. Thankfully, all these are available freely there now, so all they want is the latest Canon digital cameras. Still, her answer surprised me: green tea. Now, this was a woman who, as long as I can remember, roasted coffee beans and ground them fresh. She didn't even drink Indian tea. I dutifully bought a big packet of Longjing and headed home to hear the story. My mother and her brother, both avid newspaper readers, had convinced themselves that green tea was the panacea for all illnesses thanks to Sunday supplements that were full of the virtues of the beverage. | |

| Canon Digital Rebel XTi | | My daughter just purchased a new digital camera. She loves it! She got two lenses with it and took it to a baseketball game on Saturday. The shots she got were amazing!She's planning to major in Graphic Design in college next year and minor in photography.Does anyone else have a Canon Digital Rebel XTi? Then read it | | Hey!We have bought a canon power shot A70 last year from US best buy but this May we suddenly found its LCD is gone, I cant see any picture thru my LCD, only some horizental lines are comming up. Then I surfed a lot in net to get some solution and found in the Canon US and Canon Uk site that it is a manufacturer defect not only for power shot but a lot other canon series digital camera as well and they are providing free service for this whether you have warranty or not-that doesnt matter. But the canon US is paying the potsal cost for sending the camera to the service center and get back it after repairing where as the UK is not. But anyway, now I have to send mine to them quickly. I dont know how long they will give this free service.
Anybody here has a problem like this? Then go to canon.com or canon.co.uk and get the instruction. | |

| | Have digital cameras replaced the original film cameras? | | Film cameras were popular for a long time.With the invention of computers, technology changed to digital domain.So the new baby called Digital camera appeared.Being so simple in nature and elegant in appearance they became very popular.Their ability to get a clear picture with more number of pixel made them replace the the film cameras.I'm having a Canon Digital-cam and I like it more than my previous film camera.I wonder in the days to come people will forget about the film cameras.Share your views.Enjoy the digital life.
