Does anyone here play the RPG game Tribalwars and if you do which world?
I have got to admit it I am a complete tribalwars addict. I have been playing for over 3 years now and I swear one day I will stop. I was just browsing the internet one day for games and fell across it. It was relatively new then only four worlds. So I joined and I haven't looked back.I made a discission though if I want to play the game and buy premium I have to have the money for it in my paypal account and I can only do that by doing online surveys or mylotting etc. So far I am easily making the money every month, so my hubby cannot force me to quit the game.Anyway if you do play my game name is Azureblue so look me up. I play worlds 4, 10 and 37.Is anyone else hopelessly addicted to an online game?

One of the most involving rpg's I've ever played, it's sad to think of how far newer rpg's have strayed from this. Please post your thoughts on the game.
What is a Nonverbal Learning Disability?
Well, I need straight away to take issue with the very name of this disorder. But then, in order to understand why I have an issue with the name, you probably need to be introduced to the basic characteristics of the disorder itself. On the other hand, don't you need to know and sort of understand the name of the thing I intend to describe? But then, wouldn't it be clever to try to accomplish both at the same time? But how do I do both when neither is introduced yet and you don't know what I'm talking about and by the time I finish explaining it, I'm confused, too!;)Welcome to NLD - all grown up. As you can plainly see, if I do say so myelf, nonverbal learning disabilities have absolutely nothing to do with being, er, nonverbal! Ah - so to my original beef with the name. It is oxymoronic and yet technically accurate! It is a double-entendre-enigma most ironically frustrating to those who understand it best and most intimately - to those whose condition and lives the diagnosis so clumsily (but*very* necessarily!) tries to label. Is a nonverbal learning disability a learning disability in which the person is nonverbal? Duh! Of course......not! Well then, is a nonverbal...
The Video Game Insanity
I have to confess I don’t understand the video game fanaticism I see going on these days. People are camping out for days, even weeks in some places, all for the honor of shelling out $600 for a game station. Now, as I understand it, most of the people standing in line simply turn around and sell the things on eBay for somewhere around $6,000. Is this the only reason? Is that really worth sleeping on concrete for six days in a row? Am I missing something here? Maybe it’s just that I am not a games guy. Sure, I have spent many hours playing games of all kinds on my life. I have played board games. I have had bursts where playing certain games ruled my life. I went through a period during my high school years when I wanted to play “Risk” all the time and played for hours with friends. I even had a brief moment of playing roll-playing games although I never got obsessed enough to then spend hours talking about my character in public like some people I knew back then. The thing it, games have just never held much power over me for the long-term. In fact, these days, I prefer to avoid them all-together.Not to sound too much like an old-fogey, but I can say I was...
What is your favoirte Roll Playing Game?
I personally like the 3.5 addion of Dungeons and Dragons. There have been so many advtures I've been on. Killing mind flares, avoiding litches, attacking dragons, being a battle maiden. Personally I like playing Bards and Roges. Rouges have many skill points to up there character with but Bards have singing abilities and magic.
Good free mmorpgs?
I was looking around for a good free mmorpg (massively multiplayer online Roll Playing game). One with fairly low system requirements and still having decent graphics and decent environment. Not necessarily in to the monotonous continual hack and slash thing, I like a lot more to my games than just that, I want good action, but I want some thinking as well, maybe a social structure, a political structure or economic structure to it as well. I have gone through a couple websites that list a bunch of them but they all look the same and it is hard to get an idea unless you talk to someone who played them or knows something about them. SO, any suggestions? I have already tried knight, silk road, second life and a few others, but before I download a ton more, I'd like some input to narrow the field.h to then spend hours talking about my character in public like some people I knew back then. The thing it, games have just never held much power over me for the long-term. In fact, these days, I prefer to avoid them all-together.Not to sound too much like an old-fogey, but I can say I was there at the birth of the video game in the home. My family, for...
Fallensword… My Game Review
It was in early 2006 when I discovered this game in the internet – Fallensword. It’s a free multi-player online roll playing game (RPG) where one player’s character can be upgraded from skills, to statistics, to equipments, to backpacks and anything possible to your character. The players get to explore different parts of the map in the Fallensword world, depending on the level your character has. My character has reached level 275 after 18 months of playing. Each player gets the chance to equip his/her character with the desired equipment – from gears to weapons to shields. You also get the chance to play with other players around the world – either through chosen guilds one has joined, through Player versus Player (PVP) systems, through trading (in Auction House). What’s unique with this online game is that it continuously evolves. The game administrators listen to their players, giving attention to the additional features the players want to be incorporated to this ever evolving game. I remember when I joined this one there are only a few skills available to be used. Now there are more than 30 skills available in order for the players to level up faster. Also,...
A Tale of Traveling in Modern Day Mid-America
-DAY ONE- At about 3:30 pm CST, Tuesday April 29th, Ozone hits the highway in Olney. After about an hour standing there, one of his friends sees him and gives him a ride to Noble IL (8 miles). Stood at Noble for about 15 minutes and was picked up by a woman (who shouldn't be picking up hitchhikers; she has one arm in a sling with a torn rotator cuff) who took me 13 miles down the road to Flora Il. After about 45 minutes standing there, we arrive at the first Police Incident. A Clay County Sherriff Deputy pulls over to run me for warrants and such, and then informs me it is illegal to hitchhike. (Oh, really?) So he puts me in the squad car and takes me to the county line (about 5 miles)with a stern warning not to be seen hitchhiking in his county again. So there I am, at the county line; BFE basically. So I start walking. About 2-3 miles down the road, I finally get a ride to Salem IL (21 miles farther). This is where I plan to get on the Interstate; unfortunately, it is now dark. After trying in vain to get a ride for 2 1/2 hours, at 10:30 pm I call it a night. Luckily, my step-son Joe lives in Salem, and was pleased as hell for Daddoo to show up. We smoked and talked 'til about...
